Ian Freshwater, Managing Director



Our Director, Ian Freshwater, has been in the building industry for nearly 30 years.
Ian is a carpenter by trade and has progressed through his career from a subcontractor, to a foreman, through to starting Maldon Building Services Ltd in 1999. Through experience and training, he has gained an in depth knowledge of all aspects of construction, which in turn is supported by our skilled employees and sub contractor base.




Areas we cover:
We are based in Maldon, but we cover a wide range of Towns around Essex. The main towns and surrounding villages we work in are:
