"We have recently had a garden room - pictured on the web site completed. Both my wife and I are very pleased with this room and its standard of finish. The team of lads who did the job are managed by a foreman whom is a man of few words but very helpful and profesional, nothing was to much trouble. Also all of the team of workers were great very polite obliging and clean . Every evening the whole area was cleaned, they even hoovered our lounge one night. On the workmanship front it was very obvious that they were all good tradesmen who did a very professional job. There was no bodging if it was not right it was done again from scratch. During the course of the work we asked for some changes to be made and these were incorporated with no fuss what so ever. The administration of the contract was also very well managed by a lady called Liz again nothing was too much trouble, of course there was the Boss Ian who visited us during the course of the work to check that all was well. Altogether I would have absolutely no trouble in recommending Maldon Building Supplies to anyone if they wanted an excellent job of work done. "

"I am writing to express my deep gratitude concerning the extensive refurbishment work carried out by Maldon Building Services to my bungalow. It is a clear fact that, as can be seen by the media cover, there seems to be more and more rouge traders, or cowboys as they are called, out there ready to rip off unsuspecting customers. Therefore, when it was time for me to find a builder to carry out all my building works, it was with deep trepidation. However, I am delighted to say that my choice turned out to be intuitive and I would even go as far as to say inspirational! My first praise must go to Ian. All the way through the project I found him to be honest and trustworthy, with a fair approach to all the issues I raised and never let me down at all. As for the workers, being in the fortunate position to regularly visit the site throughout the project, I found them all very courteous and responsive and dedicated to the work. It would also be remiss of me not to say that, no business would functionwell without an effective administrative and communication system and, for Maldon Building Service, my gratitude goes to Liz in making this possible. Through out the many months of the contract most of my communications was via Liz and I can honestly say that her dedication to the Maldon Building Services customers cannot be praised enough. She was always polite and helpful and replied to any queries I had within a very short space of time, which is all a customers should want.
